Shipping & Return Policy

 

SHIPPING

We only ship to the US and Canada at this time.

USA:
-NO customs duties and import taxes to pay.
-Items within an order may be shipped/received separately.
-Estimated delivery time: 6 to 11 days

CANADA:
-Use DDP shipping and pay NO duty fees after your purchase! For DDP to be available to you, you may have to order certain items separately. We ship the jewelry, car decals and small art prints from Canada, and we ship all clothes, hats, larger art prints, and mugs from the USA. If you ONLY purchase items from the USA, you'll be offered DDP shipping which stands for 'Delivery duty paid' and so for just a few dollars more, you'll be sure not to pay more than that little extra in duty fees. But if in your order you have items shipped from both locations, you will not be offered the DDP shipping option at checkout. To take advantage of DDP shipping then, create 2 orders separating the items shipped from Canada and USA, at no extra shipping cost to you.
-Estimated delivery time: 9 to 14 days

Order never arrived?: There can be delays for various reasons and these things happen from time to time but if your order hasn't arrived more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to sort it out, and if needed, send you another package! If however your address was entered incorrectly, we won't be able to send you another package free of charge.

 

RETURNS

We will accept returns for any item that was purchased within the last 30 days as long as it is in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Damaged or defective items: If an item you ordered has a defect, or arrived damaged, then please contact us with your order number and a picture of the item (within 30 days of the purchase), and we will send you a replacement.
